I know you’ve done it before…used your cell phone to find a store location, checked for coupons and deals, compared prices, etc.…and no I’m not psychic or a spy

I’m just like you…human and a business owner.

As a business owner, I'm always looking for ways to improve my customers' experiences and reach new prospects in an increasingly competitive global marketplace; and that means knowing and leveraging trends.

So what does this mean for you as a business owner? Well the short answer is EVERYTHING!

The long answer actually starts with a question:

Have you considered the above statistics and determined how you're going to remain relevant and accessible in light of the current trends?

According to this blog post on Forbes, almost 50% of businesses still don't have a website! I was shocked when I read it and not sure if I actually believe it. However, the same can be said about websites that aren't mobile (tablet and phone) friendly. Heck it took me a year to finally focus and turn our website into a responsive one.

I encourage you not to wait as I've seen a tremendous uptake in our ability to reach new customers since we upgraded.
